Monaco
I always wished to visit Monaco. The distance between Monaco and Nice is 13 kilometers but the train completes this route in 25 minutes. Monaco is a city-state with 36,000 inhabitants who are all rich. This city is divided into four sections : Monte Carlo , Condamin , Monaco Ville and Fontevieille. The most famous section of Monaco is Monte Carlo where the Monte Carlo Casino is located.
De Paris Hotel is opposite the Monte Carlo casino.
This hotel is one of the most expensive hotels in Europe.
I went inside the Monte Carlo Casino.
Upon my arrival , the employees of the casino wanted me to hand my cameras into a special room for safekeeping.
The Monte Carlo casino is similar to a palace in terms of the architecture of the walls and its ceiling.
I visited the palace of the Prince of Monaco , the cathedral and the Napoleon museum.
Monaco is close to Nice but unlike this city , the Principality of Monaco is very clean and secure.
Prince Albert is the governor of Monaco. His mother was Grace Kelly who was a very famous American actress.
This city-state is the second smallest country of the world after Vatican.
When I was there in the summer of 2013 , it was hot and humid but there was always a gentle breeze.
I think that Fontevieille is the most beautiful part of Monaco.
When you stay beside the palace of Prince , you are able to see a beautiful view of this district.
Fontevieille is the newest and most expensive part of Monaco which is located in the west of this city.
Manfredi Nicoletti was an Italian architecture who designed this district in 1970s.
